Our first charity mission was organised with football player COSTA NHAMOINESU for children from his native Zimbabwe. Event took a place in beautiful space of coffee shop MOJE MISTO, where we collected clothes for those kids and also had a really great time to get to know more about their culture and lifestyle. We had a chance to meet nice people from our community, that came and support us with some of their pieces. We collected so many clothes, so we decide to divide it and use warmer clothes more effectively. Prague was full of Christmas atmosphere, but it was really cold outside. So we walk through city and make joy to people without home.
One year later we did another fundraiser. Once again during the Christmas. This time we chose (together with our community) organisation DEBRA – the national charity supporting individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa. EB is very rare desease that causes very fragile, blistering skin. People that are affected by this, have to deal with it on a daily basis. With a support we earned 11.000 CZK and gave it to organisation.
We continued to pass on the joy. Once again, we organized a collection of clothes, which then went to five children’s in our local area.
On the latest charity we collaborated with CLOVEK V TISNI. We supported their project called POSTAVME SKOLU V AFRICE (focused on education in Africa) with 15.000 CZK. We believe, that supporting these things could lead to more educated people and thus to the development of the country. Together with SEKAC NA DVORKU we organised a charity bazaar. Event had a two main purposes – charity and also clothing circulation. This way clothes ended up in hands of second owners. Sponsors CRYSTALEX, KOLBY and RENGL helped us to make this event even more wholesome.
